Política da Qualidade

The management system implemented by Think Tank places quality at the top of the company's priorities, at three main levels: at the level of creative actions, at the level of production quality and at the level of services provided.

Through exhaustive and regular monitoring of a matrix of indicators, the company seeks to continuously improve its production and organizational processes, in order to reach new levels of quality and thus fulfill the objectives of excellence that it proposes.


The organization aims to be the guarantor of quality, namely for:

  • Grow in a sustainable way;
  • Commit the organization in a transversal way with the business strategy;
  • Differentiate the company from its competitors;
  • Allow the well-being of the organization's employees;
  • Comply with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001 standard and promote the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Management System.
